The most efficient and least expensive way to order is by

Please note: when you first enter your order, it looks like the shipping
is free - but alas, it is not! It will be calculated when you get to the
payment page, and you enter your address. Each book is $14.95 US,
and shipping within the US is $2.50 for the first book, and $4.60 for any
number greater than that (sent Priority flat rate.)
You can use your credit card, and it will calculate the exchange rate
automatically. Or you can use PayPal if you don't have a credit card - I
don't know how it all works, but it does, and at no extra cost to you.
