The most efficient and least expensive way to order is by
credit card directly from me; click on the buttons below:

Please note: when you first enter your order, it looks like the shipping
is free - but alas, it is not! It will be calculated when you get to the
payment page, and you enter your address. Each book is $14.95 US,
and shipping to Canada is $3 for 1 book, $5 for 2, and $7 for 3, and $9
for any number greater than that (along with a big thank you card and
membership in my fan club - just kidding.)
You can use your credit card, and it will calculate the exchange rate
automatically. Or you can use PayPal if you don't have a credit card - I
don't know how it all works, but it does, and at no extra cost to you.
